REFORMASI PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN NEGARA DAN PERAN PKN STAN
Abstract
State financial management undergoes continuous changes. To oversee this, competent human resources (HR) are needed. Competent human resources can be produced through education that is designed according to needs. This research is a descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through literature study and interviews. Data processing using Milles and Huberman models. The results of the study show that the Ministry of Finance continuously makes improvements in financial management. To meet the needs of competent human resources, the Ministry of Finance organizes Higher Education which is designed to meet the human resources needs of the Ministry of Finance.
Pengelolaan keuangan negara mengalami perubahan yang terus menerus. Untuk mengawal hal tersebut dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kompeten. SDM yang kompeten dapat dihasilkan melalui pendidikan yang di desain sesuai kebutuhan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalusi studi literatur dan wawancara. Pengolahan data menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa Kementerian Keuangan secara terus menerus melakukan perbaikan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan SDM yang kompeten Kementerian Keuangan menyelenggarakan Pendidikan Tinggi yang didesain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan SDM Kementerian Keuangan.
