Peningkatan Kapasitas Pemasaran Digital UMKM Batik Warna Alam Klaten melalui Pelatihan TikTok Live

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya dalam aspek pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital UMKM Batik Warna Alam di Kecamatan Kalikotes, Klaten, melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pemanfaatan fitur TikTok Live. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan experiential learning yang mencakup pre-test, pelatihan teknis, praktik live streaming, dan evaluasi pasca kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor pada seluruh indikator, terutama pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan TikTok Live sebagai media pemasaran, yang meningkat dari 65% menjadi 75%. Program ini juga mendorong keterlibatan generasi muda sebagai co-host dan pengelola konten digital, serta membuka peluang pemasaran yang lebih luas bagi UMKM. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDG) 1 (pengentasan kemiskinan) dan SDG 9 (inovasi dan infrastruktur). Program ini dapat direplikasi untuk sektor dan wilayah lain guna mendorong digitalisasi UMKM berbasis komunitas.
