Kreasi Produk Daur Ulang dan Strategi Pemasaran Berkelanjutan Bank Sampah Kuntum Mekar Bogor

Bank Sampah Kuntum Mekar yang berada di Bumi Insani, Tonjong, Bogor, memiliki potensi yang baik dalam penguatan ekonomi warga berbasis komunitas melalui pemanfaatan sampah menjadi berbagai produk kreatif. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola bank sampah dan warga dalam mengembangkan kreasi produk daur ulang serta mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif aksi, dengan tahapan berupa pendampingan teknis produksi, pelatihan pengemasan, penyusunan strategi harga, dan promosi produk melalui media visual dan pameran karya. Keberhasilan program diukur berdasarkan peningkatan variasi dan estetika produk, kemampuan warga dalam menentukan harga jual secara tepat, serta meningkatnya apresiasi publik, yang tercermin dari keterlibatan mengikuti pameran SENMASTER Universitas Terbuka 2024 dan memperoleh penghargaan Juara 1 stand terbaik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif yang mengintegrasikan inovasi produk dan strategi pemasaran mampu meningkatkan nilai ekonomi sampah, memperkuat motivasi warga untuk berwirausaha, serta mendukung pengembangan ekonomi secara berkelanjutan di tingkat komunitas.
