We would like to inform you that the Journal of Tax and Public Finance (Jurnal Pajak dan Keuangan Negara) website will undergo year-end maintenance starting from December 15, 2025, until further notice. This maintenance is part of our end-of-year system evaluation and optimization and aims to enhance cybersecurity, system stability, and overall service performance.

Transitional Policy for New Journal Requirements

Jurnal Pajak dan Keuangan Negara (JPKN) hereby announces the implementation of new publication policies that will take effect starting from the next publication issue:

All manuscripts must be written in English, and
All manuscripts must follow the new article template provided by the journal.

To ensure a fair and smooth transition, the following rules apply:

1. Articles Already Accepted

All manuscripts that have been formally accepted before the implementation of this policy will be published without requiring language or template adjustment, following the previous standards.

2. Articles Under Review

Manuscripts currently under review may continue through the review process.
However, if the manuscript is eventually accepted, the authors will be required to:

Revise the manuscript into English (if not already in English), and/or
Format the manuscript using the new template before final acceptance and publication.

The editorial team will provide guidance to ensure authors can make the necessary adjustments.

3. Newly Submitted Manuscripts

All manuscripts submitted after the announcement date must fully comply with:

The English-only requirement, and
The new article template.

Submissions that do not follow these requirements will be returned to the authors for revision before the review process begins.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance the quality, accessibility, and international visibility of Jurnal Pajak dan Keuangan Negara (JPKN).

Jurnal Pajak dan Keuangan Negara (JPKN) would like to announce that starting from the upcoming publication issue (2026), the journal will implement a new article template.

This update is part of our efforts to:

improve the consistency and readability of published articles,
align with international journal standards,
streamline the submission and review process, and
enhance the overall publication quality.
