Evaluasi Belanja K/L Sebagai Beban Kerja Tambahan Pada Satker Mitra Kerja KPPN Kediri

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of spending unit (satker) on the benefits of expenditure evaluation, which carried out by satker through the SMART application  and the eMonev application. Both applications have the same main objective, which is to provide input in order to support policy making for performance improvement. Both applications are used by the echelon 1 unit and by the regional satker. The problem is that there are differences in the characteristics of application users between the echelon 1 and the regional satker. These differences in characteristics have the potential to cause differences in the benefits of expenditure evaluation felt by the echelon 1 and by the regional satker. To find out how far the benefits felt by the regional satker that are partners of KPPN Kediri, a survey was conducted. From the survey results, it is known that some satkers have a perception that filling in the Monev data on K/L spending is an additional workload and there is less benefit. In order to increase the benefits, it is necessary to differentiate the information needs for the central echelon 1 unit from the regional satker in the SMART and eMonev applications.
