ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN ANTIDUMPING DI INDONESIA (STUDI KASUS PRODUK BOPET)

Kebijakan antidumping terhadap suatu produk bertujuan untuk mengatasi praktik perdagangan tidak adil dan melindungi industri dalam negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan antidumping berupa penerapan BMAD terhadap volume impor Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate (BOPET) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan pengujian regresi linear berganda model Error Correction Model (ECM). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kuantitatif, dalam jangka panjang kebijakan BMAD secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap volume impor BOPET di Indonesia. Sedangkan dalam jangka pendek, kebijakan BMAD secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume impor BOPET. Hal tersebut menunjukkan kebijakan BMAD tidak dapat memberikan efek pembatasan (restriction) terhadap volume impor BOPET dari negara target.
