Jurnal Pajak dan Keuangan Negara (JPKN) is committed to providing immediate and unrestricted access to published content to support the advancement of scientific knowledge. The journal adopts a full open access model, ensuring that all articles are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription or payment barriers.

1. Open Access Statement

All articles published in Jurnal Pajak dan Keuangan Negara (JPKN) are available online immediately upon publication and can be accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, and linked without financial, legal, or technical restrictions, in accordance with the principles of open access as defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

2. Licensing Policy

The journal publishes all articles under the terms of a Creative Commons license. By default, JPKN recommends the use of:

4. Archiving and Preservation

JPKN is committed to ensuring long-term digital preservation of its content. All published articles are archived through:

  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) / LOCKSS (if applicable)

  • Institutional repository

  • Internal backup servers

  • Garuda
  • Sinta Repository

This guarantees that published research remains accessible even in the event of system failure or data loss

5. No Submission or Publication Fees

JPKN does not charge:

  • Submission fees

  • Article Processing Charges (APCs)

  • Publication fees

  • Access or download fees

All content is provided to authors and readers free of charge.

6. Reader Rights

All readers may:

  • Access, download, and read articles freely

  • Print and share articles without restriction

  • Use the content for educational, research, and non-commercial purposes

  • Cite the published work without permission

7. Author Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted to:

  • Deposit pre-print, post-print, or publisher’s version (PDF)

  • Upload to institutional repositories, personal websites, or social media

  • Share drafts publicly before and after publication

This aligns with green open access policies.
