DAMPAK KONSUMSI ROKOK KONVENSIONAL DAN ROKOK ELEKTRIK TERHADAP KESEHATAN, PENERIMAAN NEGARA

Rokok elektrik mulai digemari oleh generasi muda dan tren ini dikhawatirkan akan meningkatkan jumlah penderita penyakit stroke dan berdampak juga kepada penerimaan negara. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberika menganalisis dampak prevalensi rokok elektrik terhadap persentase penyakit stroke, dan dampak shifting rokok elektrik dari rokok konventional disatu sisi dan dampak shifting rokok elektrik terhadap penerimaan hasil tembakau disisi yang lain. Studi ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif data sekunder Riskesdas 2013 dan 2018, mengunakan data hasil agregasi propinsi di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dan analisis regresi linear berganda data time series. Hasil penelitian membutktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari prevalensi konsumsi rokok konvensional namun tidak pada rokok elektrik untuk kemungkinan terjadinya penyakit stroke di Indonesia. Sedangkan shifting dari rokok konvensional kepada rokok elektrik belum dapat dibuktikan signifikan terhadap penerimaan hasil cukai secara keseluruhan.
